Mr. Lugar is a Director of Periculum Capital Company, having joined the firm in November 2006.  Prior to joining Periculum, Mr. Lugar spent six years in institutional sales with a major international securities firm and the corporate finance department of a regional securities firm, completing over 20 transactions within the financial institutions industry. 

Following his initial investment banking career, Mr. Lugar spent over 11 years as an executive with a mid-sized manufacturing firm and was responsible for international business development, finance, and strategic operations. He led the negotiations and the transition team when the firm merged with a key strategic partner.

Mr. Lugar has also spent considerable time as a consultant, specializing in strategic business practices for manufacturers and worked on many local, state, and regional economic development initiatives.  He has held many leadership positions within business and civic organizations and has served on the boards of several prominent local organizations

Mr. Lugar received his BA in Management/Finance from Purdue University.
